Payment:


We accept payments by PayPal and credit card.

All prices are based on the time spent making an item and for the materials and resources used. We reserve the right to change the prices of items at any time.

Please note that our prices are displayed in £ GBP and we will not accept any responsibility for costs applied by your card company for converting your order to your own currency. 


A non-refundable £1 per item ordered will be donated to The Brain Tumour Charity – The Lyam Kirkham Fund or item specific nominated charity.


Shipping:


UK delivery will be 1st Class Signed For mail unless otherwise stated. International delivery will be Airmail unless otherwise stated. Prices will be decided based upon the individual item’s size and weight - please see the listing.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once it has been shipped. Insurance is optional for an additional charge. We also cannot accept any responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed as result of being incorrectly addressed. We also are not responsible for items un-received if signed for or accepted by another person at your address. All orders are sent to the address specified by the customer when the order is placed.

International buyers, please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. We are also not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.
Please allow up to 15 working days for orders to be delivered within UK and 25 working days for overseas. 


Returns and Refunds:


You may return any unwanted item to us, at your own expense, for a refund (minus the charitable donation included in your order) or exchange up to 14 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you, the consumer, have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. We reserve the right not to issue a refund to you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. As such these items may be returned to you at your own expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom made items. This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. If you have a query about a refund on an item you have purchased please e-mail beckaudreyalveston@hotmail.co.uk. If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via a recorded delivery method. This will help to ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced so we can process your refund/exchange. However, if you do choose to use a standard service we cannot be held responsible if your order gets lost and this instance we will be unable to process your claim.

In the event of items not delivered, please contact us within 45 days of payment. After this date we will be unable to replace or refund your order.

Privacy:

The following information is collected from shoppers as part of the order process: Personal name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email Address. Your name and shipping address are only used in order to ship your items to you.

Email addresses are used in order to contact you regarding an order you have placed with us. This may involve the following: confirmation of your order, informing you of shipment and/or any additional information about your order.

Personal names, shipping addresses, and email addresses are never used for other purposes or shared with anyone else.
